18 Towing by most direct route
(1)
This regulation applies to a towing worker who tows a vehicle for the purposes of a regulated towing business.
(2)
The towing worker must tow the vehicle by the most direct route, and without taking longer than is reasonably necessary, to the place to which the vehicle is authorised to be towed.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $5 000.
