25 Obstructing loading of vehicle onto other tow truck
(1)
This regulation applies if —
(a)
a towing worker attends a crash site in a tow truck for the purposes of a regulated towing business; and
(b)
a vehicle is being or has been loaded onto another tow truck at the crash site.
(2)
The towing worker must not stop the towing worker’s tow truck in a place where it obstructs —
(a)
the loading of the vehicle onto the other tow truck; or
(b)
the departure of the other tow truck from the crash site.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $9 000.
