26 Insulting, offensive or threatening language or behaviour
A towing worker in relation to a regulated towing business must not use insulting, offensive or threatening language, or behave in an insulting, offensive or threatening manner —
(a)
at a crash site; or
(b)
while engaging in towing work in a public place or in the sight or hearing of any person in a public place; or
(c)
to an authorised officer exercising a function under the Act or a person assisting an authorised officer in the exercise of a function under the Act.
Penalty: a fine of $12 000.
