62 Law enforcement officials (s. 70)
For the purposes of the definition of law enforcement official in section 70 of the Act, each of the following is a law enforcement official —
the Australian Border Force Commissioner as defined in the Australian Border Force Act 2015 (Commonwealth) section 4(1);
the Commissioner as defined in the Australian Federal Police Act 1979 (Commonwealth) section 4(1);
the Commissioner as defined in the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 section 3(1);
the Public Sector Commissioner, but only when the Public Sector Commissioner is performing functions under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003;
the Commissioner (however designated) of the police force of another State or of the Northern Territory.
