3U List of authorised towing businesses (s. 28)
The list of all authorised towing service providers published under section 28 of the Act must include the following information about each provider —
(a)
the authorisation number of the provider;
(b)
the name of the provider;
(c)
each business name used by the provider in connection with the towing business.
