440 Authorisations under controlled medicines research and education program licences—Act, s 20 (1) (a)
A controlled medicines research and education program licence (other than for a program conducted at a hospital operated by the Territory) authorises—
the licence-holder to—
issue a purchase order for a controlled medicine (the licensed controlled medicine) stated in the licence for the program stated in the licence; and
obtain a licensed controlled medicine on a purchase order for the program; and
possess a licensed controlled medicine for the program at the premises to which the licence relates; and
supply a licensed controlled medicine to anyone taking part in the program for the program; and
the program supervisor, and anyone taking part in the program, to deal with the licensed controlled medicine as authorised by the licence at the premises stated in the licence.
A controlled medicines research and education program licence for a program conducted at a hospital operated by the Territory authorises—
the licence-holder to—
issue a written requisition for a controlled medicine (the licensed controlled medicine) stated in the licence for the program stated in the licence; and
obtain a licensed controlled medicine on a written requisition for the program; and
possess a licensed controlled medicine for the program at the premises to which the licence relates; and
supply a licensed controlled medicine to anyone taking part in the program for the program; and
the program supervisor, and anyone taking part in the program, to deal with the licensed controlled medicine as authorised by the licence at the hospital.
