481 Authorisation conditions for pharmacy medicines rural communities licences—Act, s 44 (1) (b) and (2) (b)

A licence-holder’s authorisation under a pharmacy medicines rural communities licence is subject to the following conditions:

(a)

a pharmacy medicine obtained under the licence is purchased on a complying purchase order;

(b)

the pharmacy medicines to which the licence relates are sold in the manufacturer’s packs;

(c)

the packs are labelled in accordance with—

(i)

section 502 (Labelling of supplied manufacturer’s packs of medicines—Act, s 60 (1) (c) (i) and (2) (c) (i)); or

(ii)

an approval under the Act, section 193 (Approval of non‑standard packaging and labelling);

(d)

the pharmacy medicines to which the licence relates are sold from the premises stated in the licence to customers attending in person.
