441 Authorisation condition for controlled medicines research and education program licences—Act, s 44 (1) (b) and (2) (b)

A licence-holder’s authorisation to obtain a controlled medicine under a controlled medicines research and education program licence is subject to the condition that the medicine is—

(a)

if the licence is for a program conducted at a hospital operated by the Territory—obtained on a requisition that complies with section 55 (General requirements for written requisitions) and section 56 (Particulars for requisitions); or

(b)

in any other case—purchased on a complying purchase order.
