461 Authorisation conditions for medicines wholesalers licences—Act, s 44 (1) (b) and (2) (b)
A licence-holder’s authorisation under a medicines wholesalers licence is subject to the following conditions:
the dealings with a medicine authorised by the licence will be carried out under the supervision of an individual approved under section 616 (1) (Restrictions on issuing of medicines wholesalers licences—Act, s 85 (1) (a));
the licence-holder must comply with, and the licence-holder must ensure that the licence‑holder’s agents and employees comply with—
the Australian code of good wholesaling practice for medicines in schedules 2, 3, 4 and 8; and
the medicines Australia code of conduct;

a medicine obtained under the licence is purchased on a complying purchase order;
a medicine sold under the licence is sold on a complying purchase order in accordance with section 141 (Supplying medicines on purchase orders).
