18 Product information standards
(1)
Despite the repeal of section 38 by the amending Act, the regulations made under that section, and in force immediately before that repeal, continue in force and may be amended and repealed as if that section also continued in force.
(2)
Despite the repeal of section 39 by the amending Act, that section as in force before its repeal is taken to continue in force in relation to a product information standard prescribed by regulations referred to in subclause (1).
