69 Penalties for offences against this Act
A person guilty of an offence against this Act (except the ACL) for which a penalty is not otherwise provided is liable—
(a)
in the case of a person other than a body corporate—to a penalty not exceeding 200 penalty units, or
(b)
in the case of a body corporate—to a penalty not exceeding 1,000 penalty units.
