60H Cancelling commercial agent licence
(1)
The Secretary must, after giving a show cause notice to a person and taking into consideration any submissions made in relation to the matter, cancel a commercial agent licence held by the person if satisfied that the person is not a fit and proper person to hold the licence.
(2)
The Secretary must cancel a licence if the holder of the licence is a disqualified person and is not required to give the person a show cause notice before doing so.
Note.
The making of an exclusion order against a person would require any licence held by the person to be cancelled.
