58A Definitions
In this Part—
authorised seller, in relation to an event or a ticket for an event, means—
(a)
if the event organiser has authorised a person to supply the ticket on behalf of the event organiser, or to resupply the ticket after acquiring it from the authorised seller—that person, or
(b)
in any other case—any event organiser for the event.
event organiser—see section 58C.
resale restriction—see section 58B.
