23AA Impersonation of authorised officers
(1)
A person must not impersonate an authorised officer.
Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
authorised officer means an authorised officer within the meaning of the following provisions—
(a)
section 67,
(b)
the Community Land Management Act 2021, section 210(6),
(c)
the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002, section 204(1),
(d)
the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015, section 211B(1).
