(1)
A list compiled under section 16 of the former Act is taken (as it stood immediately before the repeal of that section) to form part of any list compiled for the purposes of section 79X of this Act.
(2)
A reference in section 79X (2) (a) of this Act to a report made under Division 4 of Part 6A includes a reference to a report made under section 15 of the former Act.
(3)
A reference in section 79X (2) (b) or (c) of this Act to an order made under Part 6A includes a reference to an order made under the former Act.
