12 Definitions
In this Division—
approved fireplace means a site or object, including a barbecue, approved by an authorised officer for the purposes of lighting fires.
light a fire includes the following—
(a)
maintain a fire,
(b)
cause a fire to be lit,
(c)
cause a fire to be maintained.
