42 Revocation of forest permits—the Act, s 63
For the Act, section 63(2), a forest permit may be revoked on the following grounds—
(a)
the listing of a species or ecological community under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, Part 4, that is inconsistent with the continued operation of the forest permit for bee-keeping or grazing activities, or
(b)
a site-specific biodiversity condition is inconsistent with the continued operation of the forest permit for bee-keeping or grazing activities.
