26 Conditions on licences, forest permits and forest leases—the Act, ss 39, 60 and 62
For the Act, section 39(2), the Corporation may, by written notice given to the holder of a licence—
impose conditions on the licence, and
vary or revoke conditions on the licence.
For the Act, sections 60(4) and 62(1), the land manager of a forestry area may, by written notice given to the holder of a forest permit or forest lease—
impose conditions on the permit or lease, and
vary or revoke conditions on the permit or lease.
A condition imposed under this section takes effect on the day that is 1 month after the notice is given to the holder of the licence, forest permit or forest lease.
A condition imposed or varied by the Corporation or the land manager of a forestry area is invalid to the extent of an inconsistency with conditions imposed under the Act.
