35 Unlawfully making, using or possessing branding instruments
For the Act, section 92(2)(o), a person must not, without the Corporation’s approval—
(a)
use or possess an instrument intended to be used by the Corporation for the purpose of branding timber, or
(b)
make, use or possess a counterfeit instrument that brands timber.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
