17 Storage of liquid fuel in forestry areas—the Act, s 92
(1)
For the Act, section 92(2)(b), a person must not store liquid fuel in a forestry area unless the fuel is stored—
(a)
for the purposes of carrying out an activity authorised by a licence, forest permit, forest lease, small quantity authorisation, permission or approval granted or issued under the Act, and
(b)
in accordance with the conditions of the licence, permit, lease, authorisation, permission or approval relating to the storage of liquid fuel.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply to liquid fuel stored in the fuel tank of a machine.
