23 Requests for additional information—the Act, s 92
(1)
For the Act, section 92(2)(i), if the Corporation or land manager of the relevant forestry area decides additional information is needed to determine an application, the Corporation or land manager may, by written notice given to the applicant, request the information be provided within a reasonable period specified in the notice.
(2)
The Corporation or land manager may refuse the application if the applicant fails to comply with the notice.
