32 Timber to be branded
(1)
For the Act, section 92(2)(o), a person who removes timber from land on which the timber was cut or obtained is guilty of an offence unless the timber is—
(a)
branded with the owner’s brand and the letters “PP”, or
(b)
marked or identified in another way approved by the Corporation for the purposes of this section.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
This section does not apply to timber removed from Crown-timber land.
