The following provisions of this Regulation do not apply to constitutional referendums, de-amalgamation referendums or council polls—

(a)

Divisions 2 and 4 of Part 11,

(b)

sections 301–305, 345, 351(1)(b) and (e), 352 and 393–396,

(c)

Schedules 4–9 and Forms 1–6 in Schedule 11.
