1 When election to be held
An election for chairperson of a county council is to be held at the first meeting of the county council after—
(a)
the county council is established, and
(b)
the term of the chairperson of the county council has ended, and
(c)
the office of the chairperson becomes vacant under the Act, section 391(3)(b)(ii).
