15 Records and publication of results
At each step of the proceedings the returning officer is to keep a record of the following—
the number of votes counted for each candidate,
the transfer of surpluses,
votes lost through the disregarding of any fractions of votes during the process of transfer,
the exclusion of candidates and the transfer of their votes,
the votes which are found to be informal,
the votes which at some stage become exhausted votes.
As soon as is reasonably practical after the declaration of the election, the election manager is to publish the results of the election (including a record of the voting, counting and transfers) on the election manager’s website.
