216H Removal of members—the Act, Sch 6, cl 19B
(1)
A council may remove a member from the council’s Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee at any time.
(2)
The council must give written notice to the Departmental Chief Executive if it removes the chairperson or an independent member from the council’s Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee.
(3)
The notice must be given within 28 days after the removal of the person.
