15 Licensees to give pipeline management plan to Secretary
For the Act, Schedule 2, clause 1(c), the licensee for a pipeline must give the Secretary a pipeline management plan for the pipeline—
(a)
no later than 6 months after the commencement of operations of the pipeline, or
(b)
at a later date approved by the Secretary in writing.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—10,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further 1,000 penalty units for each day the offence continues, or
(b)
for an individual—2,000 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further 200 penalty units for each day the offence continues.
