33 Obligations under division extend to person in charge
(1)
The requirements imposed on a licensee for a pipeline by this division are also imposed on a person appointed by the licensee as the person in charge of the pipeline.
(2)
If the licensee or the person in charge complies with a requirement of this section, the other person is no longer required to comply with the requirement.
