26A Maintenance of pipeline—the Act, Sch 2, cl 1
A licensee for a pipeline must maintain the pipeline in good condition and repair.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—2,000 penalty units, or
(b)
for an individual—400 penalty units.
