34 Annual report to be given to Secretary
(1)
A licensee for a pipeline must, for each financial year during which the licence is in force, give a written report (an annual report) to the Secretary in accordance with this division.
Maximum penalty—
(a)
for a corporation—2,000 penalty units, or
(b)
for an individual—400 penalty units.
(2)
The annual report for a financial year must be given to the Secretary—
(a)
within 2 months after the end of the financial year, or
(b)
if the Secretary approves a later date—by the later date.
