Performance of duties by police officers

Current

A police officer must—

(a)

comply with the Act and this regulation, and

(b)

comply with the lawful orders of a person in authority over the officer, and

(c)

serve wherever the officer is directed to serve, and

(d)

perform the duties the officer is lawfully directed to perform, whether or not during the officer’s rostered hours of duty.
