167 Allowance for secondment
A member of the NSW Police Force who is seconded to a government sector agency, within the meaning of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, is entitled to be paid an allowance at the rate to which the person would be entitled under section 164 or 165 had the secondment been a temporary assignment or an acting appointment for which an allowance is payable.
