51 Remedial performance programs—the Act, ss 173(3) and 219(2)(i)
(1)
A remedial performance program must have the elements set out in Schedule 2.
(2)
A police officer whose performance, having regard to the officer’s rank, position and job responsibilities, is consistently unsatisfactory may be placed on a remedial performance program.
