32 Stage A—rank-based assessments
(1)
Before applying for a promotion to a promotion rank in accordance with section 33, an eligible non-executive police officer must, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner, successfully complete the rank-based assessment for the promotion rank.
(2)
The officer must have successfully completed the assessment not more than 2 years before the day of making the application for promotion.
