88 Special provisions relating to administrative employees
(1)
This section applies in relation to an administrative employee who is employed in the NSW Police Force for 6 or 7 working days each week.
(2)
Unless the contrary intention appears, a period of leave to which the administrative employee is entitled under this part must be increased to—
(a)
if the employee is employed for 6 working days each week—six-fifths of the period of leave to which the employee would otherwise be entitled under this part, or
(b)
if the employee is employed for 7 working days each week—seven-fifths of the period of leave to which the employee would otherwise be entitled under this part.
