15AG Powers of Attorney-General or director of public prosecutions
Nothing in the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984 or any Act or law prevents, or in any way limits, the exercise of a power conferred on the director of public prosecutions under section 15AE or 15AF.
Without limiting subsection (1), in exercising a power conferred on the director of public prosecutions under this section, the director is not, despite the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1984, section 10, responsible to, or subject to the direction of, the Attorney-General.
Nothing in any Act or law prevents, or in any way limits, the performance of a function conferred on the Attorney-General under section 15AE or 15AF.
