203A Conditions of appointment
(1)
A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
(2)
A member holds office on the terms, not provided for by this Act, decided by the Governor in Council.
(3)
The members are appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022.
