13 Provision of services
The Board may provide or arrange for the provision of—
restaurant or refreshment services; or
services of any other kind—
at a zoological park (whether or not those services are provided during the times that the zoological park is open to the public), despite anything to the contrary in any Order in Council reserving that land.
Services provided in accordance with subsection (1)(b) must be consistent with the functions of the Board.

The Board may apply for and hold a licence or permit under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 in respect of any premises or place within a zoological park where services are provided in accordance with this section.
