3 Terms of appointment of chairperson and deputy chairperson
(1)
A person appointed as chairperson or deputy chairperson holds that office for a period not exceeding 3 years and is eligible for re-appointment.
(2)
The instrument of appointment of the chairperson or deputy chairperson may specify terms and conditions of appointment.
(3)
A person appointed as chairperson or deputy chairperson ceases to hold that office on ceasing to be a member of the Board.
