Superseded references

In force

On or after the commencement of this Division, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference in—

(a)

any Act other than this Act; or

(b)

a subordinate instrument within the meaning of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984; or

(c)

any other document whatever—

to—

(d)

the old Act is deemed to be a reference to the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995; and

(e)

the old Board is a reference to the new Board.
