45 Transitional provisions relating to the Board
On the commencement of this Division—
the old Board is abolished and its members go out of office; and
the new Board is the successor in law of the old Board; and
all rights, assets, liabilities and obligations of the old Board existing immediately before the Board's abolition become the rights, assets, liabilities and obligations of the new Board; and
the new Board is substituted for the old Board as a party in any proceeding, contract, agreement, arrangement, lease, licence or permit commenced or made by, against or in relation to the old Board; and
the new Board may continue and complete any other continuing matter or thing commenced by, against or in relation to the old Board.
