Vacancies

In force

The office of a member of the Board becomes vacant if the member—

(a)

without the chairperson's approval, fails to attend 3 consecutive meetings of the Board; or

(b)

becomes bankrupt; or

(c)

is convicted of an indictable offence or an offence which, if committed in Victoria, would be an indictable offence.
