9 Who presides?
The person who is to preside at a meeting of the Board is—
(a)
the chairperson, if he or she is present; or
(b)
the deputy chairperson, if the chairperson is absent; or
(c)
if both the chairperson and the deputy chairperson are absent, a member elected to preside by the members of the Board present at the meeting.
