2 Chairperson and deputy chairperson
(1)
The Minister must appoint—
(a)
one of the members to be chairperson; and
(b)
one of the members to be deputy chairperson.
(2)
If the chairperson is absent or unable to perform his or her duties as chairperson, the deputy chairperson must act as chairperson and, while acting as chairperson, has all the powers and duties of the chairperson.
