16 Delegation
The Board may, by instrument, delegate its functions or powers under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to—
(a)
a member of the Board; or
(b)
the members of a committee of the Board; or
(c)
the Chief Executive Officer; or
(d)
the Chief Finance and Accounting Officer of the Board (however titled); or
(e)
the directors of the zoological parks; or
(f)
any other member of its staff or class of members of staff specified in the instrument of delegation.
