12A Rights and obligations in relation to land affected by development plan agreement
In this section —
party means a party to the development plan agreement.
Where a right or obligation in relation to the land described in an item in the Table is conferred or imposed by the development plan agreement on the party or parties named in that item, the right or obligation shall enure for the benefit of or bind any person who becomes the registered proprietor of the land or any part of the land.
