Demolition of Padbury buildings

(1)

The City has power to arrange for and supervise the demolition of the buildings and improvements situated on that land being portion of each of Perth Town Lots V10 and V11 and being part of the land on Plan 4845 and being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 1526 Folio 227, and to act on behalf of the State in arranging and supervising that demolition.

(2)

Subsection (1) shall be deemed to have had effect on and from 26 September 1985.
