in the definition of “Design Drawings” by deleting “31 January” and substituting “31 May”; and
(b)
in the definition of “Due Date” by deleting “1 April” and substituting “1 August”.
3. Clause 4(5) of the principal Agreement is varied by deleting “28 February” where twice appearing and in each case substituting “30 June”.
