13 Reserved land vested in City
Where the care, control and management of reserved land are placed with the City —
(a)
the order placing the care, control and management of the land with the City shall not be revoked under Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997 except with the consent of the City; and
(b)
in any case where the City does not have power under any other law to implement a purpose for which the land is reserved, the City is, by virtue of this section, empowered to perform all acts and do all things necessary or expedient for the implementation of that purpose.
