5 Effect of development plan agreement
(1)
When the development plan agreement has been executed each provision of it shall operate and have effect according to its terms notwithstanding any law.
(2)
Any purported modification of any law contained, or provided for, in a provision of the development plan agreement shall operate and take effect so as to modify that law for the purposes of the development plan agreement.
